I have set the US and international zone following the instruction from the threat - http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39978, when i test with the estimate shipping at shopping cart, the US zone works fine, but when i try to choose other country from the drop down, it just keep showing the US rate. Hope someone can help me out. Thanks!
