I often take orders by phone and enter the order through ZenCart. When a customer has a different billing address than the shipping address it is often not revealed until after the credit card info has been entered in Step 2 of checkout.
I find that when I get to Step 3 of checkout that if I change either the billing or shipping addresses using the buttons provided that I am pushed back to either Step 1 or Step 2 and must re-enter the credit card info all over again.
Is there anyway to configure or modify Zencart to retain the credit card information until the "Confirm" button is pushed in Step 3?
We have had customer's call us after encountering the same problem and have become concerned that they are being charged twice. Presumably other customers have abandoned their carts over this issue.
