How do I link to other Zen Pages?

My apologies, in advance, if this has been posted. I've looked through the forum and haven't been able to find anything on the subject.

How do I create links to zen pages, in particular, the Information pages? I'm trying to create a link from one page's content (in the define section) to an Information page:

"... see our <a href="WHAT_GOES_HERE">shipping & return policy</a>..."

I cannot seem to figure out WHAT_GOES_HERE.

Can anyone please tell how to do this (give a girl a fish) and tell me where to find the names of all the pages (teach a girl to fish)?

Load the page and grab what is after the "/"
