another blank page error

I was trying to make the telephone number an option by editing the tpl__modules_create_account.php when i noticed that something went horibly wrong somewhere between there and i dont know where. I put my settings back but i'm still having problems which i couldn't find. I also tried putting back some distribution files which i thought might help (english.php, create_account.php, tpl_modules_create_account.php)

On my home page ( www.dipplus.com ) i get HEADER_TITLE_CATALOG HEADER_TITLE_LOGIN and HEADER_SALES_TEXT... when i add somthing to the cart i get a blank page again and i also see HEADER_TITLE_CART_CONTENTS AND HEADER_TITLE_CHECKOUT on the top of page if i reload the previous page. if i click on header_title_checkout, i get a blank page.

I have installed a second instance of zencart to www.dipplus.com/testsite1 just so that i can transer some unedited distribution files.

In my shopping cart, i'm missing images like add to cart, tell a friend, and write a review.

When using the debug utility... i received the error message of:

it would be smart of me to backup all my files before every edit. Sorry and hope i'm not being a pain..

debug utility pointing at english.php file .
make sure you have no blank space at the beginning and end of your file starting with <?php and php>
make sure all your Defines terminated with ; .. constant and its value must be contained in single quotes ' ' .

I fixed this headache..

Thanks for your help. When going through the english.php file, i noticed that the end of the file didn't have the ?>, it just ended with the define for discount savings. After comparing with a clean distribution file i noticed that i was missing about 50 lines (ouch). Copied all the missing lines in and presto...
