Default Sort order yellow in a payment module

Hi, I was trying to search an answer but could not find for this:

in the shop there are two payment modules in usage. The other (cod) has sort order "0" and green colour.
The other custom bank module has sort order "0" and yellow light.

For some reason the bank module doesn't appear anymore for the customers on the shop.
Is it because of the yellow colour in sort order? What does it mean?

Yellow indicates one of two possible situations:

    a) The module may be "installed" but you've set its status to "false".
    b) You've configured the module's "Payment Zone (restriction)" to something other than "--None--" and therefore it's not showing up if the customer's billing address doesn't match the zone you've restricted the module to work in.

    a) status is true
    b) Payment Zone is "none"

    colour is yellow anyway

Can it be something in the code of the module itself that makes it yellow?
Restriction of the zone for example possible there? Or something else like that.

I can only speak for the modules that come with Zen Cart.
If you've got a custom module that's not properly setting its restrictions, I suppose it could flag the amber icon that way too.

Yes, it is provided by local payment gateway for Nordic banks. I already forwarded my concerns for them. The previous version of their module actually keeps the light "green" and the new one turns it to yellow. So, I'll wait their answer - hopefully fast - and then I'll compare the differences between new and old. I did quickly look at it and there were several differences in the code.

Function_key had been changed in the new version of the payment module and I had to modify that from the database. Another solution would have been to uninstall the payment module before upgrading ZenCart and then install again and it would have updated correctly the function_keys.

Just as a solution if anybody getting similar issues.

The better solution is to save your settings ... REMOVE ... INSTALL ... and reconfigure to ensure nothing else has been changed that might be missed when editing the database table ...
