    Default Web Site E-mail Address

I know this may sound like a silly question (and probably is)

The e-mail address that the site will use (the contact us page, contact form) is this the one stored in the Tools > Admin Settings ?

The only reason is, I tested the contact page form and completed and no e-mail came through to the e-mail listed.

And I tested the actual e-mail address by sending an email to it from another e-mail account

    Any ideas ?

    Thanks

Yes and no. The email address in Admin Settings is the default for most things, but I think you have to set up the Contact Us addresses manually in Admin - Configuration - Email Options.

I take that back - it does default to your default email address in Contact Us. Maybe your spam filter is blocking it?

Um ... you go to Admin->Configuration->Email Options, just as stevesh said. Find the Contact-Us field, and add your email address there in the format shown in the help text next to the input field. Be sure to use the prescribed format or the email will likely be dumped by the your email server after Zen Cart sends it.
