"pd.description_categories_id" must be from some addon you've installed, because the core Zen Cart system doesn't have such a field name.
Thus, you'll need to identify which addon it is, and correct whatever you've done incorrectly when installing it. You likely didn't install the database component.

The only addon I have installed since is the css flyout menu could that have caused it?
