No html in emails?

From what i can see from this thread this seems to be a very common problem!

What languages is your store running in? - English
What's the default language? - i think english how do i check?
What language is active when you're trying to send those emails? - English
Do you have any email templates set up for your specific language? - No

I also have MIME HTML set to true.

My emails show up as plain text even on preview, also even on a html allowing email address it still shows up as text.

Any ideas or any other information needing to be known before i can be helped?

Ive tried playing around with settings, reading other threads and have still not found a solution.

Maybe it's getting stripped off by your webserver.
Maybe the receiving email server is stripping the HTML off for their own reasons.

Are you sure it's *sending* in HTML format? ie: turn on email archiving and view the archived content that was sent.

What are all your settings in Admin->Configuration->Email Options?

What version of Zen Cart? What addons? What patches? Ever upgraded? From what version(s)? When?

Are you sending to "free" email services like yahoo/hotmail? If so, what happens if you send to a real traditional email account?

I've got two hotmail accounts. One of them get HTML emails. I have no idea why. Somebody knows about this problem with some hotmail accounts?
