I currently have the following in the Information box:
* Shipping & Returns
* Privacy Notice
* Conditions of Use
* Contact Us
* Site Map
* Gift Certificate FAQ
* Newsletter Unsubscribe
Basicaly, I want to get rid of two of these links, the 'Gift Certificate FAQ' and 'Newsletter Unsubscribe', how would I go about doing that?

Admin->Modules->Order Totals->Gift Certificates ... select and click Remove
Admin - Configuration - Email Options - Display Newsletter ...
The rest are in Admin - Configuration - Define Page Status
