I want my dropdown elements below the option names. I can set this for radio buttons and checkboxes in the Option Name Manager, but why not dropdowns? Is there a way to do this?

Anyone have an idea how to accomplish this? It doesn't seem like it should be that difficult.
The attached image shows what I'd like it to look like.
