Logo image not displaying correctly

I am just starting out and I can't find a solution to this seemingly simple problem. My logo is much taller than the default logo and when I replaced the default with mine it did not push the rest of the page down. It just went behind. How can I push the rest of the page down to view my entire logo?

Did you change the size of the logo in includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/header.php?

 define('HEADER_LOGO_WIDTH', '192px');
  define('HEADER_LOGO_HEIGHT', '64px');

Yes I have dont this. I can change it to 1000px and it will not change anything on the page. Is there somewhere else that I need to specify the height of the image?

you acutally have to change it in 2 places - give me a sec -
