    Default Learning PHP

Does anyone know of any good tutorials on PHP? Preferably web based. With a programming background in a variety of languages (HTML, Java, C & Visual Basic) for some reason I still find PHP baffling at times. I am getting old and stupid but feel sure I could get a handle on it with some basic conceptual help.

I'm not sure if this post is the right place. If not mods please move.

I know of no better introduction that W3 Schools. Even pop over there myself from time-to-time when the grey cells let me down.

I'm with kuroi on this. W3 Schools.is a great resource with easy to follow tutorials.
You should find PHP quite easy to master. With C, Java and a bit of html under your belt you won't even need to learn any new techniques, it will mainly be a matter of learning the syntax differences and some of the more useful ready made functions that are available.

A decent IDE (eclipse/netbeans, etc) will cut the learning curve down even more.

    Cheers
    Rod.
