Newbie really Need HELP

I have Zen Cart V1.3.8 this is my first experience with Zen cart I can design a site in DW but this Zen thing has challenge me. I can not work out how to make the boxes in the Sub Categories listing all be the same size all the time. It appear that because some images are different sizes that it alters the size of the box and I cannot figure how to make it just all the one size. I have even searched the internet for Zen cart experts so I can hire someone to help me with some of these small issues[ I cant make the email send with out logo and a number of small thing I have worked a lot out for my self but I have searched the FAQ for some of the answers and just cant get specific answers any one out there who want to help me. website is www.tattoogolf.com.au I just want it to look pretty and functional

You may have to specify a height in px or em rather than the auto it is now.
