I am using zen 1.3.8a, with the Super Orders add-on installed. The installation has never been upgraded, it was installed clean as 1.3.8a.

We have not modified the shipping modules themselves, just set the options to enable UPS and USPS and setup their proper information for them to work.

When a customer adds more than 1 item of a particular SKU, the shipping module does not pick up the extra items. It still calculates shipping weight for just 1 item. It doesn't matter if its 1 or 20 of the same SKU, it calculates the shipping weight for just 1. The estimator and the final checkout have the same problem.

The invoices read 1 x (the weight) even when there are multiple quantities as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
