2 Diff Flat Rates For 2 Products In Same Store?

This is my website store, I need the first product to be a 4.95 dollar flat rate and then the second product to be a 9.10 dollar flat rate.

I know how to put a flat rate, however, I have been able to find an option for putting a unique flat rate on each product.

This is important because I am using the flat rate box offered usps and the contents will not fit with the larger...

I suppose another option would be adding a tax on the second one to make up the difference in shipping cost?

Should no other version be possible.
