I don't see an option for what you want to do. 'All Customers' is, I guess, 'all customers' and the only way I see to remove the guy from that list would be to remove his account (which might be an option, depending on how much he buys). Maybe 'active customers in last 3 months (regardless of subscription status) might be a reasonable compromise.
Don't be too hard on the posters who offer advice rather than solutions - offering insight about the advisability of what you're asking about is part of what we do here. It's not a Knowledge Base, it's a community.
