Link creation not working in product list

Hey everyone! I searched the forums and didn't see a good answer for this issue so maybe you can help...

When I go to use the WYSIWYG editor to add a link to a product description (using Firefox or Safari), the link doesn't end up working. The text is just black on the website. I checked the HTML editor and the code looks correct.

Is there a work-around for this?

Not being familiar with how the WYSIWYG editor works, the best workaround may be to go to plain text mode (Configuration > My Store > HTML Editor) and enter the link code directly.

I could go that route, but it would defeat the simplicity/purpose of having the WYSIWYG editor. Thanks for the suggestion though!

I believe the WYSIWYG editor should make correct links, so the question is what is different about your installation that it is not working for you?

Nobody can answer without knowing what you may have different from stock. Seeing your site may help.
