My store is currently showing the 'Show Room Only' box but I have the Store Status = 0 (Normal Store) and the Shopping Cart Box Status = 0 (always show). I think I have set up Paypal Express checkout properly and I've also reverted it back to the Classic template so I'm pretty sure it's not a CSS problem.
Anyone have any ideas how to change it back to a normal store with checkout?

My store is at www.premiumbrandsaustralia.com.au/catalog - currently not on the classic template anymore but can change it back if you think it would help work out the problem.

Check you setting under:
Configuration>customer details>Customer Shop Status - View Shop and Prices
should be 0 if you want anyone to be able to shop
