Default Digital Download & PayPal Issue

    Zencart 1.3.8

I've configured for PayPal and Digital Download.
The transaction seems to process normally.
However when PayPal returns to Zencart, the Success screen does not provide any link to download the product.

Any thoughts on what to check next?
    Regards,

If you're using PayPal Website Payments Standard, it could be a configuration problem creating some unreliable communications from PayPal's server to yours: http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.php/PayPal
Alternatively, if you use Express Checkout, some of the limitations of the Standard module are removed, making instant download activations more reliable.

I noticed that my download orders are set to a status of "Pending".
I think that accounts for the reason the "download" does not appear.
I looked at the payment status in PayPal and they are set to "unclaimed".
There is an option to "Accept" or "Deny" this payment.
I'm not certain why this is occuring.
I own both of the "paying" and "receiving" paypal accounts.
I have made an inquiry to PayPal support.

Any thoughts from others would be appreciated.

Until you accept the payment, your orders will not be activated in your store.

Perhaps you've got your PayPal (receiving) account set to not accept transactions based on certain criteria, thus requiring you to manually accept/deny the transactions? Check your Payment Receiving Preferences regarding currency requirements and address requirements.

Also ... is your "receiving" account a "Premier" or "Business" account? If not, you'll need to upgrade it, because "Personal" accounts cannot be used for online-store transactions.
