httpd.exe crashes after database submit

sorry for the odd post here but after starting to install zen cart to my pc running apache and php 5 i get an error that says httpd.exe caused and error and needs to restart ... any ideas .. i have read througha nd followed as many relevant posts as possible

Does it say what the error is?
Do the log files give any further clues?

More information needed.

Are you using Wamp Server? I had similar problem with the latest Wamp and Zen Cart 1.3.8. I had a seperate thread on this similar problem
