Please can someone help as im struggling to find the issue,

I've just upgraded from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8a as i wanted WPP. Everything seems to have gone fine apart from there is no drop down menu to select the credit/debit card.

I have activated all the credit/debit cards in config>>credit cards.

But all i get on the payment page is:

Credit Card

Cardholder First Name:
Cardholder Last Name:
Card Number:
Card Expiry Date: January:
CVV Number: (on back of the credit card)

I need it to show a dropdown as it should and also an issue number for maestro/solo cards etc.

I have activated payflow UK but still no dropdown?

What am i doing wrong?

I have read somewhere that the US version does not have a drop down and the UK version does, how do i get the UK version?
