    Default sql syntax error 1064 - HELP NEEDED - Master Password

    I am trying to install the add on that allows me to log in using my admin password and place orders for customers because that is how will fill downloadable orders for ebay sales i get....so i need to get this fixed. Part of the instructions say to install a sql patch. I have highlighted just the code beginning with brackets and ensured there were no spaces. when i hit send/ok i get:

    1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'configuration_title, configuration_key, configuration_value, configuration_descr' at line 1
    in:
    [(configuration_title, configuration_key, configuration_value, configuration_description, configuration_group_id, sort_order, last_modified, date_added, use_function, set_function) VALUES ('Master Password', 'MASTER_PASS', 'yourpassword', 'This password will allow you to login to any customer\'s account.', 1, 23, now(), now(), NULL, NULL);]
    If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

    by logging into my web host account this is what i find"
    MySQL version 5.0.67-community

    not sure where to find out what is the proper syntax for it though..anyone that can help fix the patch for successful installation please?

    what is the best way to back everything up once i make all the modifications i am working on?

    You need to highlight *all* of the code.

    Download all of your site files using your FTP programme.

    then perform a database backup, one of two ways:

    1. https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=103
    2. Backup MySQL Plugin
