admin is down

Hi

my website is being up for almost 4 year fine until yesterday.
the site is up and runing now but i can not access to my admin page and i get this error.

The requested URL /Kasbah** was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

please let me know what is wrong here!

It's telling you that the folder Kasbah** can't be found. Did you rename your admin to that? Can you see that folder on your server?

Ah wait, are you using one of those SSL certificates that requires you to keep a separate copy of your files. I can see your admin if I try to access it through a non https link.

Hi Kori

i did not make any change to the admin... it is still on the server named Kasbah36

however couple of days ago on my index page i get an error message saying i should make /public_html/spoilurpets/includes/configure.php to read 444

so i did!
could that had something to do with this error?

No it couldn't. But why did you suddenly get that message. Does somebody else have access to your files? Has your site been upgraded? Has your webhost been making changes to your files permissions, or moving you to a different server?

Your admin is still there, but your site has been configured to default your admin to work under SSL and it looks as though it's recognised when in SSL. Hence the question in my previous post about the way your SSL is set up.
