Table Rate - weight certain items no ship method

Could you post your settings for your Table Rate shipping module that we could perhaps peek at?

The big question is why an item with .5 weight would not have a shipping method available. I've tried setting it to 0:5.90 as the starting weight and still no luck for this particular set of items. Is there something in the item setting that would cause it to not have shipping options? The item has Normal Shipping Rules set on the item and I've compared all of the other item settings and they match tested items that work.

What are your Shipping settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

Do you have a Tare setting being added in?

This setting:

Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship 10

Means every time the weight divides into 10, it makes a new "box" ...

The default is 50 ... if you do not have a reason for changing this, then you may wish to change it back ...

I can use the setting of 10 and it does seem to work ...

You might try doing a REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure on the Table Rate table shipping module to see if this corrects any issues ...

changing that setting didn't change the behavior

I will try uninstalling the Table Rate Module later and report back
