Contact Form Missing

Just noticed that my contact form is missing on my site. I did recently have to use a back-up version of my site to restore, but not sure if this has caused it. Only just noticed it today.

I've looked at the following files to see if something was missing in them:

includes/template/myTemplate/templates/tpl_contact_us_default.php

includes/languages/english/html_includes/myTemplate/define_contact_us.php

They look alright to me. Are there others to check?


On the contact us page, all I can see is the text defined in define_contact_us.php (see link on top of post)

Not sure where else to look and I couldn't find any similar posts. If someone has had this happen and knows what's up, I'd appreciate the education.

Found a work-around, but I don't really understand why it works. What I did, was create a new EZ-Page and linked it internally to my first, default contact us page.

Now it works, but I'm not too thrilled with the work around, but at least my contact form is back.


Weird thing too, is that I had to do the same thing with my site map to get it back.

Don't know if this will help anyone, and it's really not a good solution, but it works.
