Custom template wont work

I have been at this for 3 days and cant get it to work. Please help.
I downloaded the free zen template "Forest_Path" then unzipped and uploaded the files.
Now in includes/templates I get:
Classic
Forest
template_default
However, in tools/template selection I still only get the classic option and cant switch to the newly installed forest files.
Can somebody please tell me what step that I am missing. I have been 3 days now going over that zen book and the help files and cant figure out why it wont work

Yes, that is what i have, those 3 options. But the forest_path option wont show in admin under tools/template selection.
Only classic shows.
Do I have to code something to get the admin panel to find it?

I'm only guessing, but I'd think you didn't upload the files correctly. In properly configured mods (as Clyde's always are) all you need to do is drag and drop the includes folder from the mod to the root of your site, and all the folders and files inside will fall to their correct places.

If you're not seeing the forest template option in Admin, then the template_info.php file is missing or in the wrong folder. It should be in includes/templates/forest_path. If there is a template_info.php file in that folder, open it to make sure it's for Forest Path.
