Removing specific Products from the Customers Who Bought This Product stream...

Hi,

How would I go about removing a specific product from the Customers Who Bought This Product stream?

A customer accidentally bought the wrong ink roller for a price tagging gun yesterday... it's completely incompatible with the gun they bought. Unfortunately this ink roller is now showing up under the Customers Who Bought This Product... stream which is causing a lot of confusion with new customers this morning, how do we go about removing this specific ink roller product from the stream?

The SQL query is based on the Products Ordered together ...

This means if the Product is in the orders_products table for that order then it is going to show up ...

NOTE: this is going to happen again and again as people Order things based on errors, things they need for their 27 ink rollers that have nothing to do with the other 26 ink rollers but happen to be on the same order ...

If you want control over what products go together you may want to look in the Free Software Add Ons ...
