We are upping our server's PHP version soon and I'm wondering if we should expect any trouble going from PHP 4 to PHP 5 (and I assume upping MySQL in the process as well) for ZenCart installation that is 1.3.7.

I have one 1.3.7 site running on PHP 5.2.9 with no obvious problems.
