I have this problem after installed the testimonials manager in my site

1146 Table 'jack_zc1.TABLE_TESTIMONIALS_MANAGER' doesn't exist
in:
[select testimonials_id, testimonials_image, testimonials_title, testimonials_html_text, date_added from TABLE_TESTIMONIALS_MANAGER where status = 1 and language_id = 1 order by rand(), testimonials_title limit 10]

Any one know how to fix this one ?
