Category to show up Featured Products - Not working

Hi there, I am using Zen Cart 1.3.7
Love the product. Great tool.

I have a problem. I want to show the featured product listing I have in the home page here.

This is a category with subcategories but I can not find where to set up this option.

Well, this is how I would do it.

In the admin panel go to configuration-index listing - Show Featured Products - below Product Listing.

Put a number in there. Any number above 0 will show the featured products on every product_listing page. That means that they will be in every category.

If you want them not to show up in the other categories then I would use extra stylesheets for each category. You can make a stylesheet that just effects one category. It needs to be called something like c_22.css (the name is important and is explained in a txt file that is in the same folders as the css files.)

In the stylesheets for the categories that you do not want the featured products put:

#featuredProducts{display:none;}

And then the featured products will not show in that category.
