Adding New Products to newsletter.

Don't know if I am wasting my time going down this path but here goes.

Want to know if it is possible to add "New Products" to a newsletter. Basically the wife wants to send out a newsletter everytime she adds new products to the store. My thinking is that the php from the "New Products" box could be added into the email, but my php skills are basic.

Maybe there is an easy way and someone has done it or am I just dreaming.

Also is it possible to add other content? There is $EMAIL_MESSAGE_HTML so I basically want to add other things eg $EMAIL_PROJECTS_HTML or something similar plus a couple of others (free text like the message body.

Thanks in advance for any help/ideas/suggestions (good or bad).

Guess no way.

Guess I have to work with setting up a template in Dreamweaver, whacking all the text and links in, copy into the Newsletter template then sending to customers.

I receive e-mail newsletters from other businesses and they look really good, they have colors, images and more.

I am wondering about this as well. When I send the newsletter to myself all the images are gone. All that is left is the writing. This is SOOOOOO frustrating. I have been trying to get a newsletter to my customers for about 6 months now and everything I have tried doesn't work!! HELP!!!

@the users seeing no images...are you sure you have your settings set to send HTML emails?
