Thanks for the quick reply! i do see that there is a problem with id 2784 but i am not sure why? the description seems to be normal (no weird characters or anything), would you please let me know what is wrong with that product that is causing this issue?

i just switched to classic template and it still doesnt load.
i also deleted that one item that was not displaying properly and the page still does not load.![]()
