Fast inventory update

Spent some time in searching the forum, but I can't find the answer.

I am looking for a way to quickly update the inventory level without going to the individual product pages.

Any mods ? Any idea ?

any tool that can access the database (phpmyadmin - navicat lite -etc) could be used to quickly adjust product quantities.
