Help! Customer's Can't Create Accounts

I just upgraded via Fantastico to 1.3.8a and now I get this: http://dv8publishing.com/zen/index.php?main_page=login

There are no fields for customers to enter their information to create new accounts. I can log in and process a sale with the user account I set up for testing, but no new customer accounts can be made.

Please help! I've replaced all the files in admin and includes with those found in the download for 1.3.8a already but I don't really know enough about programming to know where else to start to fix this.

You have been hacked look at your footer, unless you want the ############ links in there. Looks like they only appear on your login page though.

hmm seems i can't use the word gotta love censorship.

No...I didn't want the ############ ads. How do I fix this problem?
