I apologize if I've missed a post elsewhere that covers this issue. I have multiple Zen Cart sites and have not made changes recently (though I know I need to as I've learned more about ZC). It appears that as of Thur. 7/23, the new account fields disappeared for a customer to create a new account. If someone can point me in the direction to determine what happened (more importantly, how to fix it), I'd greatly appreciate it. The site is https://www.celebrationflags.com/ind...ain_page=login.
Here's the details:
- What version of Zen Cart are you using? -- 1.3.7.1
- Has your site been upgraded? When? From what version(s)? -- No :-(
- What addons have you installed? When? priority_handling_1.2/Dec. 2008 and Virtual Merchant/Jan. 2009
- In what ways is your site customized or different from a brand new uncustomized install? I've changed stylesheet.css; functions_customers.php; product_listing.php
- If you're encountering display/layout problems, post your site URL* so it can be seen in action. -- https://www.celebrationflags.com/ind...ain_page=login
- HAVE YOU LOOKED IN THE FAQ AREA for answers to your question? (ie: a search for your error message or what you want to edit/change, etc) -- Yes, sorry if I missed it.
- Have you searched the FORUM for your error message or for answers to the question you're asking? -- yes
- WHEN did the problem "start"? How does that compare with other events of your hosting company, changes you've made to your site files/addons, or your admin settings, etc? -- Problem started on July 22nd or 23rd. I'm not aware of any changes to my hosting and definitely have not made any changes to the site.
- If this is your first store, have you tested all aspects of transactions before going live?-- It's not my 1st site and it's been live and working great for a while.
