Category Description not showing up when 1 product in database

Hi there,
I'm trying to set up a shop and it all seems reasonably smooth.
I have a category description that I want to show up over the products on all category pages.
It shows up fine when you click on the category and there aren't any products.
As soon as you add a product, the category decription goes away.

How can I set it up so it remains, if there are products in that category or not?

Configuration > Layout Settings > Skip 1-prod Categories > false.

Hi All!!

I am working on client site, which has showing blank page for some subcategires. Plz check the link, I want to add some button for that categories , subcategories. But when I add button in the description of that product, when I add it from admin site and save it , but it not showing as client side.
