Adding an option to all products or category NOT working...why?

Folks forgive me if someone asked this before already... I tried search but found none.

Today I tried the feature of Option: "Add ALL Option Values to ALL products for Option Name" by choosing an option in the dropdown option box and then pressing UPDATE button at far right.

NOTHING HAPPENED.... why?

Is there any other step for me to do make that update really appear? What other steps I should have taken to take advantage of using this global adding feature?

Any comment would be greatly appreciated...

After reading the features carefully, it became clear to me that I did not read the feature carefully.

Everything is working fine...

I just assumed that entire option name and it's values will be loaded to the entire products or categories that I name by pressing UPDATE button...( my wish list...) I did not know that it has to do with only option values that could be UPDATED....

I found out that I was wrong again about my wish list... This fantastic Zen-Cart V1.3.8 has it already incooprated in its Attribute controller.

My hearty thanks to all those who laboured to bring up ZenCart the way it is now....
