Problem getting into our admin section

When trying to access our admin section we get the following message.

Your admin/includes/application_top.php file is missing. If you don't already have Zen Cart unzipped on your computer, get a copy and then FTP the missing file to your website. That should fix the problem.

After that, rename your admin.
