login failure

i am getting this message when i am trying to log in:

i have no idea why this is happening.
i am using the latest version of zen cart (v1.3.8)

i need it solved, so if someone knows how that would be great.

First thing I would try would be to 'repair' the database. And, look at the tables in that DB for anything out of sorts. Are you comfortable with your hosting control panel and phpmyadmin?

Basically the MySql is probably timing out and or balking at the size of a request/table.. Check out some of the "Similar threads" at the bottom of the page.
