On my side menu, any of the categories that have sub-categories listed below have this 'text' arrow next to them, that in my opinion looks very hokey!

Does anyone know how I would get rid of these arrows? I'd like to get rid of them and have the subcategories show beneath the main category on roll-over, but I'll take this a step at a time if I need to.
