Typical, right after posting this I found it in a different area. And just to be totally accurate for anyone else who reads, the line to change in v1.3.8 is Maximum Categories Products Display List. At least that's the name that my Zen is showing and that worked for me. Went from displaying 7 items per page to 100 per page when in the Admin section Categories/Products.
