Shipping Issue - Express Only

My store address is: www.serwachic.com/shop and I'm using Zencart 1.3.8

My issue is that when I go to test checking out of my store, I'm given three shipping options (parcel, express, and priority), which are options that I've specified. However, no matter which one I choose, I end up only being able to check out with Express. It automatically defaults to Express.

I've downloaded and installed the latest patch, so unless I did something wrong there, I don't think that's the issue.

Which shipping module are you using?

The United States Postal Service Module. I've re-checked it a few times, and I believe everything is configured properly. The fact that it works when giving shipping options makes me think it is - it just goes wonkey when the customer checks out.

I've tried looking through FAQs and have searched several times through old threads, but no luck.

Please - anyone have any idea how I can fix this??

Have you tried uninstalling the USPS module, and re-installing?

Yes, and I just tried it again, just to make sure. Still no luck.

Kind of grasping at straws here, but how about re-uploading the includes/modules/shipping/usps.php file?

I've seen this sort of problem with another shipping module, and it was because there was an important section of code missing from the module. If you can post the content of your module here I'll take a quick look at it for you.

Stevesh - I tried to upload that file, but it didn't change anything. I'm publishing the entire store again, just to see if that does anything.
