    Default Forwarded back to Step 2 without error message on confirm checkout

    When certain customers confirm their order on the final step of the checkout process, on the default unmodified template, they're forwarded back to Step 2 with no error message.

    So far the only pattern I've been able to detect is that they're using Canadian Visa credit cards (I can reproduce the behavior myself with my Visa). Anyone know what could be causing this?

    I'm using Zen Cart 1.3.8. Zenmagick 0.9.6 is installed as well as the Payment and Shipping modules. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

    Hi there,

    Is there a specific payment module you are using for those cards? Depending on the module, there might be an error message in the redirect URL that is not displayed?

    It would be useful to try with one of those cards yourself (is there a canadian test card number somewhere that could be used?) If so, it might also be interesting to test this with ZenMagick disabled using the default zen cart templates (if that is a viable option - sounds like a production problem?)

    Thanks for the reply. Turns out the clients' credit card gateway was refusing international orders so it wasn't Zen Cart's issue at all, hooray!
