How to set up multiple shipping options?

Seems to be working right, but I don't like the "The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time" message on checkout.

I set up a zone based on order total, 60:3.00 for US. That means anything $60 or less gets $3.00 shipping.

I also set up Free Shipping based on order total, set at $61, so anything over $61 is free.

If I put $50 worth of stuff in the cart I have two options, local pickup (Free) or $3.00 shipping, cool.

If I put in $60 worth of products I get a new box to choose free shipping, local pickup (Free) and then the Zone states "The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time". Can I get rid of that? What did I do wrong, never used the Zones before.

My customers wants to have it so that anything $60 or less pays $3.00 shipping, anything over that is free.

Maybe I am doing this wrong. Should I use Flat Rate for $3.00?

Do you only ship to the US?

If everything is $3.00 shipping on orders of < $60.00 ... you could use the Modules ... Order Totals ... Shipping ot_shipping and set that to have Free Shipping on Orders >= 60.00 ...

If that is just for the US, then set the National only setting ...
