lol...not sure what is going on then. But yes if you type in say france then its fine but as soon as you go outside Europe it messes up.

If you re-instate the international shipping modules does the problems with sign up go away?

I am in meetings for a few hours and then I'll try to make time to load it onto a test server which has a clean (ish) install of zen cart.

No.

From admin - modules -shipping you should be able to enable or disable (or re-enable) the various parcelforce modules.

Screenshot shows my version using big royal mail. The red dots are not installed. The yellow are installed but not enabled and the green are installed and enabled.

Right I have 'International Standard ver 2.3.6' and 'United Kingdom Zone Rates for Couriers' installed. just noticed one called 'EuroZone' though and am wondering if I should be using this instead? Then set up 'Store Pickup' for anyone outside Europe? Only change it to 'Please Call For Quote'

Going through it now.

So far only have UK courier enabled. No problems yet. Can still create a user in the USA.

I'll update you as I go. Might be easier by email. mine is mail@nick collie.co.uk with the spaces taken out.

OK. Well whatever I do I can not duplicate the problem you are having with creating an account.

So, I have to assume that that does not have to do with this module.

If it was me I would ask the client exactly which of the Parcel Force services they intended to use.

It may be that you need to remove some of the zones from some of the modules. For instance it looks to me like parcelforce economy and parcelforce global priority might be good ones to have enabled but you want to limit them to europe.

Sorry to be of limited help. Philip who runs the mod had been helpful to me in the past and the parcelforce thread seems active.
