blank Invoice

I have looked through the FAQ area and cannot find what I need.. I am getting a blank invoice from customers. The only payment module I have running is Paypal... Please help ASAP!

Settings correct in BOTH Zen Cart and PayPal?
Followed the PayPal setup tutorial?

I'm having the same issue. Everything is set correctly and the money sends from my account the email comes through to the paypal account saying money has been receieved but when reviewing my invoice on the backend of ZenCart I get nothing. Just the tax shipping and total not one item is listed. Oh also I am using IPN settings.

The test CC not working either now... paypal i believe is set up perfect.

I'm having a similar problem. I receive customers PayPal payments, but the invoice is blank and I don't know what they've ordered! I'm running version 1.3.8a version of Zen Cart and using standard Paypal IPN. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
