Home Page -- Show All Products

On the home page I would like to show all the products (I have only 8) and have a buy now button below each of them. How can I do this?

By enabling the featured products listing and then adding all your products you can display them on your front page, but there is no buy now button (at least not on my site). I remember reading a thread recently about adding a button - you might try searching the forum for it.

no - there are 4 categories.

Been a while since I've done it but, I think if they were all in the same category, you could have the cart open with that category and it would look like you want. You can do your grouping with sort orders.
You could try it by moving your products to one category and tell the cart to open with that category. If it works, just delete the other categories and go from there.
You wouldn't need several sideboxes and the new, featured, and special pages would not be needed either.
