banners don't go

Hello I've a custom template, ok, but anything banner doesn't go, why?
Please
No banner on bannerall, footerbanner, sidebox banner, they don't go.

Did you check the settings in the Configuration ... Layout Settings ... and make sure that your Banner Group names are in the right settings for the Banners?

Did you check that you have in the Tools ... Layout Boxes Controller ... the Banner sideboxes turned on?

thank you very much, I solved, in layout settings and then in tools banners I had to set for example BannersAll in both places.
