Remove Subcategories Top List Please Help

I have searched this forum for 3 days and haven't found a solution to this so I'm caving and asking for help

Here is a screen shot and I've circled what I am trying to remove- I don't want the home,
sub categories, etc...showing up -

Thank you so much! That was so easy!

For anyone else wanting to turn these off you can turn them off completely in Admin -> Configuration -> Layout settings -> Define Breadcrumb Status and set to 0.
