Can someone point me in the right direction as to what files I need to change to have custom Newsletter, Order Confirmation, and Welcome Letter templates for HTML. I would like to send one's out that have graphics and colors to match my site. Thanks! :)

You can set up your HTML email templates by editing the files in the /email/ folder.
There is some documentation on the HTML Email infrastructure located in your /docs/ folder..
